Attack of the Vine! - Card Reveal
An ink-gorged vine has slithered its way into the realm of Lorcana.
Glimmers from all over Lorcana have ventured into the Wilds Unknown, seeking the source of the giant tendril-like plant. Beating back the underbrush and making their way to the root of the infestation, we find many familiar glimmers making use of various tools to get through.
Woody - Jungle Guide
has crafted a makeshift machete out of some craft scissors.
Violet Parr - Learning New Powers
opts for force fields to keep herself safe.
Merida - Gifted Archer
sends precision shots to pin down the plant.
Audrey Ramirez - Gutsy Mechanic
wrenches her way into the action.
Merryweather - Feisty Fairy
sparks some blue fire.
Gizmoduck - Duckburg Defender
crafts a protective gizmosuit.
Everyone progresses when suddenly -

When you're a particularly impish sort of individual, and maybe not the most resourceful, you may need to rely on a little bit of improvisation and quick wit. It also never hurts to have a buddy close by to keep you company.
Astute readers will remember my panic and pain from last week's DLC Indianapolis meta article, and this week I have different forms of panic and pain for you!

Panic - Hammer Enthusiast is a 3 cost inkable character with 3 strength, 1 willpower, 2 lore, and rush. Coming in with a WHOMP, he takes his buddy by the hand-le and smashes through opposing characters, and maybe some locations too! If he sticks around without being banished in the process, he quests for a respectable 2 lore, putting pressure on control players to deal with him or inch closer to losing the game.
Pain - Running with Scissors is a 4 cost inkable character with 5 strength, 3 willpower, 1 lore, and the ability Multipurpose Tool - When you play this character, if you have a character card named Panic in your discard, gain 2 lore. Pain - Running with Scissors isn't the largest chunk of stats we've seen on a 4 cost so far this set, but the ability to gain 2 lore instantly with a relatively low barrier for activation makes him a solid choice in decks that may need that little extra off-the-top lore to close out the game.
Thanks for reading and much appreciation to the folks at Ravensburger and Disney Lorcana for the reveal!
